The Canning Club is a private members club for ladies and gentlemen with a connection to or a special interest in Latin America or the Iberian Peninsula. The club is named after George Canning, a former British Prime Minister who as foreign secretary supported the newly independent Latin American countries. The Canning Club shares premises with the In and Out Club in St James’s Square, between Piccadilly and Pall Mall in the heart of London’s clubland.
