5 Hertford Street was established in 2012 by businessman Robin Birley in Mayfair's Shepherd Market, with interiors designed by fashion designer Rifat Ozbek. It includes a cigar shop and a downstairs nightclub called Loulou's, and has been described in the press as one of London's most secretive clubs.
